any ideas on how to get rid of headaches?

iv overdosed on pain killers and its not doing anything so im looking for the natural aproach now.

a warm flannel on your head dim the lights and dont watch tv cause that will strain your eyes and make it worse.

 

i get migrains the doctor told me to do that

think thats where the problem has come from, (lack of sleep)

 

v started taking sleeping tablets because iv not slept for weeks.

Also, if your head is pounding at the mo, if you got the heating up pretty warm, turn it down a touch and cool the air.

 

The heat makes my headaches / migraines 10 times worse

iv only been on here for about an hour total all day, and have only been making flying visits for the past week or so its not really a problem.

already took my perscription tablets (migraleve) but feels more around the eyes and nose, think thats the sinusis isnt it

no i mean now whilst u got a headache u shoudnt concentrate on anything be it a book, screen or the wall u should rest your eyes and relax with a flannel on ya head to sooth it and dim lighting
