i ahd a headache for weeks a couple of months ago and found out i needed to put my glasses on. if its round the eyes and nose then yes its sinisitus ( can't spell)

Drink lots of water, dyhydration gives you a headache.

 

Get some sleep, if you're having trouble sleeping try using relaxation methods. Such as tapes with relaxing music or some have a relaxing voice with somebody talking you through a relaxtion technique, they maybe cheesy but can work.

 

If you think its sinusitis then go back to you GP who can give you antibiotics, or a decongestant.

 

As Dani suggested relax your eyes, if possible sit in a quiet darked room.
