me too... its been a week now.

 

i was a peropa cunt days 3 and 5.

I gave up at midday on NYD. and i aint had a single go on a cig since. I had a slight craving the other night while putting a hole in my mates left over tetleys, but withstood the temptation and watched my mate clog up his lungs instead!

 

I'm glad i quit, cos that feckin advert on tv now is just sickening. You know the one, where they show all the [censored] in the arteries from smoking!

I tried quitting loads, couldnt do it. In the end tried that ZYBAN stuff, worked 1st tiome, aint smoked now for 2 years! If you fail, try it.

I'll tell you in a few days once I've detoxed. Today has been the hardest day since I stopped so I imagine I'm in for a few shitty days now until it's out of my system. I'm more determined to do it this time so hopefully I won't give in
