just over a week now....the only thing iv lost is my sanity and will to live.

 

dont know about weight because i darent get on the scales i might have put it on

i lost 1/2 stone this week just doing 2 hrs of cardio in gym a day - bowl muesli breakfast - tuna sandwich lunch - salad dindins and no snaks easy peasy!

i had chinese last night! crispy seaweed, spring rolls, sesame prawn on toast and a duck fried rice, that just about hit the spot!

 

next time you're in notts, pop round early and i could cook some chinese for ya too like i did for my other houseguest
