pc often crashing while making posts

i know the obvious answer is to re install...i've got all my drivers updated....dunno if it could be something to do with winamp....anyone else getting complete FREEZES when entering posts?

my old pc used to do that and i had winamp on that (actually it started about the same time)......might just be dunno though
