Does Chocolate Give you nightmares?

Kether said it's the serotonin in cheese that gives you nightmares

I had a big bag on minstrals last night and I had this dream about this artist woman who kept appearing above you in a floaty dress and tried to kill you.

She killed a few people but we believed that she had changed and we let her back in (not my decision) the next thing I knew she was trying to strangle me and I woke up!

Is the chocolate to blame? scratchy.gif

No, I didn't.

I said that high levels of serotonin can give you nightmares and you've somehow invented another conversation.

Cheese gives you nightmares because it's hard to digest proteins.

hence more blood goes to your digestion, less blood to your brain. Less blood to brain while sleeping > nightmares
