CTW DJs Tony P Posted January 15, 2020 CTW DJs Share Posted January 15, 2020 I was messing about with FL on my old android tablet. Was great for making music on the go. its a shame that it isn’t supported with the iPad as I would probably still use it
CTW Admin Clubbing Si Posted January 15, 2020 Author CTW Admin Share Posted January 15, 2020 Oh wow. I had no idea it could work on any tablet. CTW Admin James Posted January 15, 2020 CTW Admin Share Posted January 15, 2020 Guys - check out Korg Gadget as well - really awesome on phone / tablet although iOS only I think, not Android ... https://www.korg.com/uk/products/software/korg_gadget/ Quite frankly I am Blown Away with what you can do on mobile devices these days ... There is also Korg Electribe on tablet - I used to have the hardware version of this - amazing how far smartphone/devices have come in compute power ... CTW DJs Tony P Posted January 15, 2020 CTW DJs Share Posted January 15, 2020 It’s not the same version Si, it’s a special tablet version. Stripped down. there is a tablet version of cubase I think (Also stripped down) and obviously GarageBand where the files can open in logic. if you want to do it seriously you’re best working on a pc or Mac 👍
CTW Admin Clubbing Si Posted January 15, 2020 Author CTW Admin Share Posted January 15, 2020 Ah ok. All I want is to be able to set the track out. Add the percussion, set the tempo, load in the various bits and work some magic haha. GarageBand doesn’t do this does it? CTW DJs Tony P Posted January 15, 2020 CTW DJs Share Posted January 15, 2020 Yeah I’m sure GarageBand will get you started. I have never used it. But if you are on a Mac I’d download it and see. It’s free. im sure there will be some restrictions.
CTW DJs Tony P Posted January 15, 2020 CTW DJs Share Posted January 15, 2020 I’m not sure if you can load external synths (audio units) in GarageBand? But I may be wrong
