Lack of sleep !

I just dont think i can manage on less than 8 hours sleep a night

Havent caught up from last week being away yet & am falling asleep at my desk!

I keep getting bouts of insomnia and its damn annoying. At present I'm getting about 4 hours kip a night.

 

Next week I'll probably go through a stage of narcolepsy and sleep for about 13 hours a night.

Practice, that's what you need! I can, after months of trying, get away with 7hrs and 58mins of sleep a night.

 

With practice, you too could attain my level of sleep deprivation.
