is Bedrock prog in the main room (sasha and diggers innit?) ? And Breaks in another? Do they have all rooms open - what music do they play in them?

Usually it's...

* prog in the main room (varies between 'boring' and 'reasonably good');

* breakbeat in the Star Bar (occasionally they have d&b in there instead);

* driving tech house in the Soundshaft (my fave!) -- occasionally they just play the same music as the main room though; last time I went it was different again, it was very alternative/quirky funky/tech house;

* deep/funky house in the Dakota Bar (very small room, with the bar in the middle of the room)

I have only been a couple of times in the last year, so they may have changed the music policy a little since when I used to go regularly.

Fabric - Best club in London without a doubt notworthy.gifyay.gif

If i should die this very moment,
I wouldn't fear,
For i have known completeness like being here.
Wrapped in the warmth of you,
Loving every breath of you,
Still my heart this moment or it might burst,
Can we stay right here,
Untill the end of time,
Till the seas stop churning,
Wanna love you till the seas run dry.
Cos Ive found the one i am searching for...........the one.

Big up the breaks followers. A genre where there is so much scope for development and change. A break from the 4/4 beat and a sound that can encompass some many different facets. Got to big up my boy Adam Freeland and Evil Nine, 2 excellent DJ's and producers as im sure you are all aware. Marine Parade records is def worth checking out. Other dons of breaks that need to be bigged up include Rennie Pilgrem and Tayo. These boys know how to get a crowd begging for more trust me.

If anyone in the midlands in interested in more breaks, a phat night i frequent is Firefly in Nottingham, swaps between breaks nights and more techno focused nights, see press for details really.

Freeland Fabric live 16 album is worth checking out as it has some incredible tunes, and of course comes in the fancy fabric metal case.

Respect to Plumps, Stanton Warriors, Freestylers and Meat Katie etc... All top dogs.

Oh god, spare us the pretentious bollocks mate. wink.gif I've heard it all before about how breakbeat is revolutionary and will change the world and how it's so much more cutting-edge than any other style of dance music...
