why does none of it have any taste.

 

EG boots shapers sandwiches....the bread had more taste than the filling sad.gif

 

if they want more people to be healthy then at least give us a bit of help, choice and something that has more taste than rice cakes blushing.gif

Here, here, I'm just about to start a Diet, being sponsered by my work to loose weight & then it's going to charity, difference is, I need to loose wight, unlike all you rakes out there tongue.gif

 

I've wanted to for a while now for myself as I don't have the energy I used to have in the clubs, & quite often feel out of place amongst you lot dancing yer tities off ohmy.gif so really I want to do it so I feel more comfertable while clubbin, as it's really the only thing I look forward to in my life yay.gif

 

Wish me luck, & if you see a chap in a few months time on the dancefloor tearing it up like he's getting rid of about 5 years pent up agression, that'll be me woot.gifwoot.gifwoot.gif

sometimes i find low fat food loads more tasteyer than normal crap!!!

 

i love my salads and veg but recently i havent eaten any of it!! sad.gif

 

gonna buy a huge shop on thursday with loads a healthy foods!

i for one know how difficult it is losing weight, i agree its hard going clubbing and seeing all those stick thin 'beautiful people' out there but its not worth worrying about, i still really enjoy myself! yay.gif

 

 

Anyone who pokes fun at overweight people really arent worth worrying about

 

I like most healthy food tho, cant really taste the difference! Only notice the portions are too small mad.gif

I've never dieted ever and stuff my face full every night. Which reminds me, brunch calls

I was going to post a gag about flagellation, necrophilia and bestiality but it's just flogging a dead horse.

iv been on weight watchers diet for 4 weeks and its crap (for me), i lost 6 pound in the first week and i put it back on the next week, iv eaten no crap/crisps/sweets/choc etc AT ALL sad.gif

 

i was thinner when i had a chinese twice a week and had chips every other day mad.gif

 

(i have cut down my clubbing which has made a huge difference to my weight though.....but not for the better) blushing.gif

iv been on the go all day so why i was in town i picked one up, it had 283 calories, where as the other ones i liked had over 500........ ohmy.gif

a lot of so-called diet foods r well confusing - I bought those slim fast drinx a while ago then looked at the amount of calories n realised a packet of crisps had less calories - I went for the crisps instead! grin.gif Whenever I've tried dieting it never works - only thing that works for me is goin ot clubbin - been out loads lately & lost over half a stone grin.gif

slim fast shakes have around 280 calorories...................shit loads of sugar but has added vitamins

 

i could do myself chicken in sauce with all the veg i want for under the same amout of calories sad.gif (and the same amount or more vitamins & iron)

Eat decent malted bread, fill it with nice salad and a bit of pesto or something and you'll be full up.

 

Diets are shit IMO, people just end up pissed off and hardly ever lose any weight.

 

Exercise, exercise, exercise.

thumbs.gif Its the only way! As long as u exercise u can get away with eating crap (in moderation of course ) The only other draw back ive found is the amount of preperation and time it takes eating healthy, its so tempting to go for the fast food option at times!

diet soft drinks (eg diet cola, diet lemonade etc) are actually bad for u as they contain loads of artificial sweeteners which are bad for u, much worse than proper sugar is going to be
