Exercise is key! I find it really hard though when I can't afford a gym membership and get home late. I've got a few good vids though so whenever I have the time I'll stick them on and have a good workout.

 

My nightmare is where I work. We have a winebar that serves us breakfast and lunch everyday...all very fattening. They have just begun doing smoothies though so I am going to see if I can keep up a smoothie diet. One in the morning, one for lunch and a proper meal for dinner. If I get hungry then I'll snack on fruit.

then why use non-standard format for it? amkes it look unprofessional, and look like you're trying to pad i out.

 

the layout and flow weren't the best, it's one step above having it as a solid block of writing.

 

as for the actual content i ain't been that bored yet
