I must admit, there have been some very good points made in this thread, which has kinda made me think about the bigger picture when having a forum such as this.

 

What was james's reasons for not wanting the forum ?

Also maybe with having all these smutty posts, maybe its stopping the new members when joining from actually participating...

 

we have had loads of new members join, but very very few of them have actually posted

that could be down to lots of reasons Aaron, they were joining & not posting before the smutt!!

 

I think its a concoction of reasons, as we a re a close knit community, some may feel shy to post??

Aaron, I think this was one of the reasons why the smut forum was sent packing. I personally think it is not a good representation for new people. If people wanted to join up just to chat filth all day then there are places for this.

 

Surely the main focus for CTW is clubbing and meeting new people, not how far you can swallow a guys cock and if you like a little anal penetration (for example).

 

CTW is a laugh, everyone who regularly comes on here and goes to meet up's know's this. I don't think we need to have a smut forum to make it a laugh, there is enough banter that goes on in the other forums.

It was on the old board, but CreamyC managed to talk James into removing it ! So I think his reasons happened to brush off on James.

Personally I think smut is good, but 90% of the stuff thats posted in the smut forum, I wouldnt class as smut. Thats just normal everyday talk for me.
