I had the doctors appointment thing this morning, gave me patches and every thing!

 

Tomo is my proper "GIVE UP SMOKING DAY"

 

Does anyone have any tips on it wil be great thumbs.gif

my advice

 

use the gum, its better.

 

the hardest times will be after you eat etc and you will want something to do.

 

you can have a piece of gum as a substitute.

 

the patches dont smoke very well in my experience
