they cant and wont use it - it would detract far too much from first 2 films....

 

plus, he doesnt work for the gvt anymore, wheras in 2nd book, he was in china helping them track down the people trying to expose treadstone (which ended up being carlos using their bluff against them to kill bourne/webb)

 

in 2nd book, bourne/webb + marie were also living under gvt watch/protection and he was even a teacher at a university lol

that's the one thing i thought bad of the film. It really was jog cam. if it was a little more calmer in the intense action scenes it would be a little better, but that's only a minor thing.

Honestly didn't notice ... I thought the action scenes were really well done. They felt really intense and frantic, without resorting to using CGI or too many far-fetched stunts.
