I have just come on here to add my night and i don't know how many of you on here are into funky house?

 

I started off on the serious world message board and saw you lot when this site went down. I'm now a member of dontstayin and after many poor nights out clubbing i have lauched my own night.

 

Please take a look if you are into funky house because after 2 events we have managed to get a residency @ EGG. My night is special because of the electric atmophere created by the best funky house crowd in london. I'm not bullshitting you! This crowd mainly consists of people i have met over my years out clubbing.

 

If any of you come and decide that you don't like it by 1am i will give you a full refund.

 

I have been offering that on the last two events and I have only had 4 people ask for a refund. Mind you I don't think they were at home with 400 + people whistling clapping with their hands in the air.

 

To be honest..... if you are not into that sort of night I don't want you to come....

Waste of time dude - they're nearly all Hard House bods on here (though some 'claim' to like funky ).

Theres nothing wrong with a bit of funky, dont think I could do a whole night of it though. I do visit funky rooms when I'm out but only tend to stay in them for about 30 minutes.

I was trashed so sorry if i was a little wonky at times....and sweaty!

 

It is fine if most people on here are hard housers. If I spead the word to only a few people on here it doesn't matter. I have found that people that make the time and effort coming onto clubbing forums are generally the best people to have with you on a night out. So that is why every person is important because you just don't know where or when you will meet your next best friend.

 

That is why it is so important to get the right people interested in Formula.

 

I use an other clubbing site most of the time and know virtually every funky houser from london on it. So that is why it is nice trying to meet different groups of people.

 

Please contact me if you do want to come and i will introduce you to lots of up for it like minded people.

 

If anyone is going to Hed Kandi this Saturday email me and we can meet up. There are normally about 100 of us that go there every month.

Phil Rynolds and various other HH dj's (aka Groove Factory) were there. Doing their funky thang, A tad commercial, but peeps were 'aving it all the same, and I thought the sets were excellent, all in all.

Nice to see you at EGG at the weekend BigE, the Groove factory were really good and lots of people loved their tougher funky house!

 

Right, it is Formula this saturday....

Well then funksters, not much response to this one, but personally I know this will be a wicked night so if anyone can make it along then would be great to see you down there.

It is a shame none of you lot are interested as it will be a massive event.

 

we have sold hundreds of pre tickets already and other clubbing websites are going mad over it.

 

I suppose this site is more focussed on hard house rather than funky.

 

What ever you people do this week end have and absolute blinder.
