Darren Hall, spokesman for Frank, said it was encouraging that while young people talked about drug-taking, that they were not necessarily experimenting with drugs themselves. He said: "It's important to get the facts about drugs rather than relying on hearsay or urban myths. "Drugs can be dangerous and taking them is not a fashion statement."

Foreign news services are banned because the government doesn't want any of the Chinese population reading what other countries might write say about China (human rights abuses etc...).

 

Its still a one party communist state out here but thios country is developing at such a fast rate. No wonder some people believe that the Chinese will rule the world one day. You'd have to come here to believe it though.

One girl I know told us all she injected heroin into her foot, and used to smoke crack at break at school (and yes I didn't believe her)
