Firstly, as you have pointed out, you have not really used the site (as you stated) so you can not really comment on what we have supposedly done here, you are just going by hear say.

 

Secondly, as soon as any Members PM us we do deal with it. In regards to the people that have been telling you things, well, not one of them have PM'd us to express their feelings, so as for not doing anything, well we are not mind readers. All we seem to get Luke is the odd post / thread where said or so called Members just bitch about how 'crap' we are yet fail to point out exactly what and where we are at fault, but never post any feedback as to how we can improve. So you tell me.

At the end of the day, Rules are there to be abided by. You have Rules on mostly ALL message boards. The reason there are rules, is to keep the site 'clean' and to keep offensive people / comments / posts, OFF the board. Basically, to have a friendly community.

i think you'll find most people don't bother because it's like beating your head against a brick wall, i.e. ultimately pointless.

Totally agree with that... How many times in the past have I been told 'Just PM me and i'll do somthing about {insert your own problem here}' and guess what? That's right kids, nothing gets done and you don't even receive a reply...

 

I've even been banned for bringing things up on the board after i've PM'd James and then got fucked off with waiting for a reply, so posted on the forums... If you ask people to PM you if they're having a problem, then surely you should deal with it then and there or at least PM them back telling them you're looking into it rather than ignoring the problem...

 

Surely if you haven't got time to look into something or you are biased about a situation due to friendships, then you shouldn't be moderating...
