look at the right hand, top corner of screen & and you will see my controls click that & when it opens look down left side list & see where it says avatar setting click that & click where it says browse this will take you to your pics on pc, pick the one you want ok it & that should work

Cick on My Controls at top of page then down on th left hand side, there is an option to upload your avatar.

I have tried that with a JPG file, but i get message stating that I cannot upload this file type???
