I have a nasty looking patch in my arm which is supposed to stop the cravings!

Yeah it is, after a couple of days you're over the worst of it. The rest of it is just habit breaking.

Its not so bad when im at work as im pretty busy but i think as soon as i get home and i see a fag in me ma mouth id be like, "GIMME ON NOW".

 

But thanks guys i do feel a little relieved that i have spoken to you's, now i dont feel the world is against me, hehehehe

 

BTW, i was only joking about the last bit! About the world against me!!
