Many people have accused US of double standards at CTW - I'm still yet to find any real evidence of this !

Unfortunately the world seems to be full of people like this.

 

In some cases it is hard as we do not know how we would actually react if we are the position say for example as Lisa's friend was. It is ok to say *oh I would never do this* but until faced with the situation you really can not tell. I know I would never cheat, but some people can say this but when find themselves in the situation can not contain there feelings and urges.

 

Double stantards as we put it come in many guises. My mother for one, she will moan about money and lack of it yet will not think twice about going out and spending a load on clothes and shoes, yet complains she can not afford the phone bill when it droops on the door mat

 

Then you have those like Lisa's friend, who cuss and curse others for cheating then goes and does it herself.

 

Then you have those that complain about nastiness and bullying and are bullies themselves.

 

Im sure there are many more and why they are like it I do not know and whether they realise they are doing it, but when ever I come across someone, a friend like it I will try to tactfully point it out, like my mother
