tbh tho. if you're really having a serious argument, no one takes the "whatever" comment seriously, but everyone knows what it means...so probably a good way to use it.

What Alex said. Be persistent (without being stubborn); be logical (without being rude); stay ultra calm. Be prepared to back down on minor points without being defensive. And formulate that killer argument/analogy that proves your point!
