[it's amazing what you can find if you leave Wales wub.gif

Well said ! I cant say I've ever met anyone from Wales who has shared my outlook on life - how sad is that !

Trying to change someone is easy, the tough bit is being mature enough and comfortable enough with yourself to share and accept different opinions. It aint easy and sometimes its easy to get into the "Im right, your ideas are shit" trap as a form of self defence but as long as open and honest and communication is there you probably find your differences arent so great. Half the time, you share the same values you may just express them differently, or arrive at a different outcome. All about communication and respect if you ask me. After all your values and outlook evolve over time and the main person in your life is bound to have an impact on that - I am certainly a much better version of me since I met my main squeeze.

But when push comes to shove, if you cant agree on the basics in life and whats important - no relationship will ever work.

.........after 5 weeks at home till I start my new job, I clearly have too much thinking time on my hands !!!!!

..........and personally I reckon Maria is definitely worth at least a pot noodle and a packet of nik naks !

JESUS IS COMING..........LOOK BUSY
They call me the Wise Woman... For I am a woman .....and I am wise
Losing? I dont waste my time with it, Im just too busy looking good

I do not think anyone should try to change another person. If it is a partner you are changing you should really not try to change them but ask yourself should I be with them?

For me it is all about acceptance and compromise and both parties adapting to one another. smile.gif
