Santa Barbara soon to be New Orleans.

I'm in Santa Barbara, California at the moment and will then be heading down to New Orleans. The plan is to then travel on to New York and then return to that beautiful island in the sun. Should be back around 5th November, any idea whats going on that weekend events wise?

My birthday is 9th November but not sure what I'm doing yet - trying to get time off to go away - which is proving rather difficult !
