The Cut Out and Keep Guide to HHA: The 4th Birthday

 

Are there any Advance Tickets Left?-There are less than 300 x £22+BF Advance tickets left anywhere -Call Ticketweb on 08700 600 100 the Frantic HQ 07949 618 035 or Maria on 07813 684 399

 

Will there be any Door Sales?-Limited Door Sales will be available from the left hand side of the Main entrance from 8pm on the night on a first come, first served basis.

For your convenience one person can go to the box Office and buy a maximum of 7 tickets and then take these tickets away and meet friends and return later

 

Please follow these simple guidelines so that everyone has a fun and safe HHA

 

What Time do we open?-We open at 830pm. The earlier you arrive the less your queuing time to go

through the search at the door and the less your queuing time at the

Cloakroom.

 

How does the Cloakroom work?-

There are 4 cloakrooms, but there are 4500 clubbers wanting to deposit

their belongings so the earlier you get there the better. -Please adhere to our cloakroom etiquette:

*Please do not push in the queue. Anyone caught doing this will be asked to leave HHA

*Please avoid bringing bags. We ask that you leave bags at home as the venue in 75 years old and this means they cannot change the layout of the venue as it has planning restrictions. This means that the Academy cannot physically put any more cloakroom staff in the cloakrooms as they wont fit. Every person with a bag and a coat doubles the cloakroom waiting time so please think of others and where possible leave bags at home.

*Please look after your cloakroom ticket. If you lose it you will need to

wait until the end of the night to collect your coat

*Please remember that if all 4500 clubbers go to the cloakroom at 6am there will be a very long queue. When clubbers arrive the cloakroom staff have at least 4-5 hours to store all the coats. While they are trained to deal with the departure of 4500 you will have less queuing time if you start going to the cloakroom from 5am.

*We have security on the cloakroom queues throughout the night in order to prevent people pushing in.

 

Where do I queue if Im a ticket holder/ on the guestlist/ have tickets to pick up etc?

-When you arrive at the venue please adhere to the following queuing system:

 

As you face the Academy front entrance Ticketholders should queue on the RIGHTand Ticketweb Credit Card Collections and Limited Door Sales should queue on the LEFT.

 

Paying Guestlist/ Frantic and Club Tickets Credit Card Collections and Free Guestlist should walk down the alleyway on the left hand side of front entrance (Astoria Walk) and you will see a 2nd entrance.

 

What time do the FREE and PAYING Guestlist close?

-They both close at Midnight with no exceptions

-Please bring your confirmation email with you

-Please try and bring the correct change to pay for the £12 Paying Guestlist and have it ready when you approach the cashier.

 

What about the Toilets?

-There are 5 Toilets Blocks in the venue. Please observe these helpful

hints:

*Please do not stick plastic ups or anything inappropriate down the toilet. At both SEOne and the Coronet plastic cups have been thrown into the toilet. This has led to the toielts blocking and caused whole toilet blocks to be closed.

*The Academy Management and Frantic Team will be carrying out regular Toilet checks to make sure there is sufficient soap and toilet roll and that the toilets are clean. Please text the number on the posters in the toilets if you have any problems and we will act on it immediately

 

What are the Bars like?-There are 8 Bars

-These serve alcohol to 2am and soft drinks throughout the night

 

Will there be any FREEBIES on the night?-There will be 200 x Cally Cage Mix Cds for early arrivals!

 

How do I find all the rooms?

- Each of the rooms will be signed posted - so follow the arrows!
