Have just downloaded this as was reccomended to me today so only now heard it for the first time.

 

Very good album I must say.

 

Still, NOTHING beats Washington DC World Tour !

That World Tour cd isn't that great Maria c'mon.

 

But yes this is my fave Trance artist longplayer after Airwave - Believe. Excellent stuff.

Really like this album but not a patch on Tiesto's Just Be... surely the best trance album this year by a stretch..

Can someone please explain to me what the big deal is about "Just Be"?

 

There are a couple of very good tunes on it, but loads of averageness.

Just Be is pretty fucking average, a few good tunes like A Tear In the Open and the opening track but it's just average. the other tracks ain't worth a shout. Corsten's album is much better, and Tiesto's first album In My Memory pisses all over Just Be.

as liquid eyes said, 1 or 2 good tracks. rest not worth it. and his remake of adagio for strings is crap. never impressed me even when i first heard it on my mates tiesto in concert dvd months b4 just be came out and he was raving about it, yet theres nothing special about it at all

Right of Way has some top tunes on it, but I have to say I think some are pretty average. Few floor fillers on there, and definitely the one album which is guaranteed to want me to get off my arse and go out - not always possible as it is generally the album I drive to work listening to. Always wakes me up and gets me in a good mood.

 

On what appears a more controversial note, "Just be" is fab ! Thought a bit samey first few times I heard it but now I love it and it has to be up there in my top 3 faves of all time. Wouldnt necessarily pull me onto the dance floor but I love it ! Some musics for listening, some for dancing.
