Box swap?

Was thinking about the things clubs to to shake things up a bit, like b2b's and getting djs to play a differnet genre to normal, like passion has been recently and I had a thought.

 

Has a club ever got Djs to swap boxes with someone else? I don't think it'd work too well across genres (can't imagine glazby playing funky etc) but within HH I think it'd work well.

 

Opinions?

i dont think u'd really notice the difference as 90% oif hardhouse DJs have the same tunes in their box.

 

does sound like an ace idea. maybe more for a squat party or house party tho where you dont feel the pressure of playing a set worthy of the £15 people paid to get in.

Dont know exactly how hes gonna do it, but he said they will play out of each others boxes.... could be interesting!

playing out of other peoples boxes at tw4 was a nightmare as none of it was my style of music.
