I have recently learned the hardest way possible, that drugs are a menace at times. I'm NOT in any way anti drugs ... I will probably still smoke the odd spliff, but as for anything else ...

cheers huni... at the moment i have had no withdrawel symptoms...thank god! (is that how u spell ^^^^^^? i dont actually know) lol.

well most people lean the hard way, and most of the times it is the best way! it has certainly worked for me.......and same for me i will probably smoke the odd spliff too but i wont go on to the harder stuff, hopefully never but i cant say that and mean it because i might do in small quantities.
